Amazing customer support
I ordered this in error not knowing my rifle barrel was left hand threaded and the company was so very helpful in returning it with no questions asked. Very high quality and very good construction.

Good product good value
Have others from long ago but this is very nice and well built and in addition the shell holder can easily be removed if needed.

Good Unit Design improvements possible
This unit seems to work very well and my 2 dogs respond to its beeps and vibration very well. I have not ever found much success with shocking the dogs since their fur prevents effective contact with any units I have used. The ONLY drawback of this unit is that it is made for SMALL HANDS and certainly NOT gloved hands. The buttons are too small and the grouping could be improved with the activation of channel and light moved to the side of the unit totally. I do very much like the ability to SEE the LED light up when I stimulate the dog to respond. OVERALL this is a very nice unit and effective for what is was designed.
