  If I had the chance I would have just bought the item somewhere else. Seller lacks communication and can definitely work on better packaging before shipping.

  I answered all your questions , provided pictures if you wanted or needed to file a claim with UPS on there poor package handling . So honestly what do you want ? This is Ebay , a platform you can use to purchase new or used products . We aren't on here to become friends and have lengthy conversations with people in the middle of the night which you wanted to do which is weird . And to the people reading this not once he said anything about the actual doll they bought .
