  Communications with Seller seemed to be going very well and the delivery problem appeared to be in the process of getting fixed (reshipping). Seller made a generous offer for not only reshipping but sending an extra item. Sadly, nothing was ever received and the Seller stopped responding to messages asking about this order. Finally had to request a refund from eBay (which has been issued).
