  Didn't notice seller charges 2.00 handling/packaging until after I paid. I never buy from sellers who rip off buyers with add on fees. That 2.00 should get me brand new packaging, not recycled. Maybe the seller isn't aware shipping supplies are a tax deduction? Oh, maybe they DO know and take the tax deduction, which means they're making 2.00 extra off every sale? Seller also did not upload tracking. Overall, bad selling practices.

  All my ads specifically mention a $2 fee, and say don't bid if you don't want to pay it. As far as packaging, it is sufficient to ensure safe arrival.
