  Item sent out immediately but royal mail lost it, I apologized & offered replacement but buyer refused gave negative without warning very rude.

  Purchased on the 22nd of July and still not received the cufflinks as of 11th of August. At the end of the day its just £5 am not arsed about the money but a bit more customer focus wouldn't go a miss, would have willingly paid more for postage
