A Winner
0 of 1 found this helpful Very warm coat and completely waterproof. Hood is great and very warm. I really like the 2-way zipper...and it works, unlike some 2-way zippers.
The length makes a difference and it makes great sense to cover one's butt when it's very cold and rainy or snowy. The jacket length is perfect.
I ordered a "large" and it fits perfectly as I'm 6' and 175 pounds.
This is an excellent jacket!

Winner!
Great color with Arcteryx Oddeus shell (It's dark green also but it's darker than the Anaconda fleece).
Fits nicely beneath the Arcteryx shell.
Not waterproof but is resistant to rain for about 15 minutes...dries quickly if worn beneath the shell.
A two way zipper would be handy. The zipper works very smoothly so far.

An OUTSTANDING waterproof pack!
I have used many different types of waterproof packs over the past 30-35 years. I actually know quite a bit about packs, especially waterproof packs. I use packs for carrying fishing gear to lakes at 10,000' and it can get very wet very quickly. A tough pack is required. Importantly, a waterproof packs is a must....It must be waterproof and it must be easy to take off and unload/load very quickly. The Aqua Quest products definitely satisfy all of my requirements and are incidentally very comfortable and lightweight. Try one.
P.S. I'll be taking the 25 liter pack to Central and South America and Mexico this October to carry my and my wife's wet weather gear...and the stuff she buys during her shopping sprees. I may have to buy another Aqua Quest pack with more storage capacity.
