It works
I was trying to input 2 midi devices (midi mouse/novation kybd) into one midi input (fantom xr). I was experiencing hung notes using a "midi solutions merger". I researched and there were hints that it may be power related. The midi solutions drew its power from the midi pins. The Kenton however used a power adapter. Presto...my hung note issue is now gone. If I had any ding on the product is that the power adapter, they included has a short-ish cable and the cable is thin and stiff. I am on the hunt for a better adapter but...the important thing is that Kenton solved my hung note issue. Bless you Perfect Circuits.
