Simply put, it works

We found the normal grade cream in Singapore a number of years ago and found it very effective. So much so when we travelled overseas we looked to route through SIN/HKK to stock up, now retired, its been running low so was delighted to find the stronger version online. Short answer is, it stops the itching quickly, and does not smell strong.
