Supportive and Enlightening
I have actually owned a copy of this book for many years and have lent it to a lot of friends.
Recently I found it had become misplaced and I have found it so helpful over the years that I decided to buy another copy.
I have found the book to be written in a way that feels like I am considered to be an equal (not a medical specialist talking down to me). It deals with all sorts of aspects of the menopause, presenting information and letting you absorb it. It does not have diagrams - it is not that sort of book. I feel it treats the subject in a holistic way and treats me as a person.
I have both read the book cover to cover (several times) and dipped into it. Whenever I start to struggle I turn to this book to help me decide whether or not I need additional help.
I have lent the book to numerous friends and they all said that they found it useful.

Good music, good storyline
It was an excellent TV series in the early 70s, and has not aged and lost its charm. Excellent girl band trying to become known
