People who invalidate others to boost their own egos

I love this book. I owned it and loaned it out and never got it back. I just had to buy another from e-bay. Its short, funny, but it can also make you a bit angry. It explains the different techniques that people use to invalidate or to belittle you. This book really helps you to understand people and how their minds work. You can learn from reading this book how to handle invalidators. It can help you to become a stronger person and boost your confidence. My advice is to keep your distance from negative people who drain energy from you. Their are a lot of little hitlers out there. Great book with humourous illustrations. I recommend this book to everyone who needs to learn how to cope and get along with their spouse or boss or people in general.
