Screaming to Be Heard
Best book I've read on what to expect prior to and after menopause. Also explains how to releive symptoms. Dr. Vliet has two clinics, both in the West, but you can contact her and she is happy to work with you and your doctor to prescribe a course of action.

Sexy Years ???
1 of 1 found this helpful I thought this was interesting reading although I'm not sure I agree with Suzanne's idea that if you take hormones you will stay young. I don't necessarily want to avoid growing old, I just don't want to feel like I'm losing my mind in the process. This book is worth reading if you want different perspective of menopause.
