Lighting Technology
This particular book deals with mostly theory and not much of real life street savy info. There are certainly other books like Moody's Concert Lighting and Lou Shelley's book which I think is the bible for theatrical lighting.
What I was looking for was another book with real life stories and tips, trick, suggestions for both traditional and moving lights and dimmers.
If you want theory... great. If not... save your money.

Sinclair-Koppers Kit... Missing pieces
I was looking forward to this item in my mail and when it arrived... it was not a complete ki - missing the bottom of the car for mounting the trucks and couplers and the weight appeared to be the wrong one for this car. It also had broken parts on both ends of the body.
Guess it will be used as a scenic item on the side of the track somewhere.
