It does the job I bought I bought it for and it was cheap
Well it is cheap or was at $36 with free post. I would not pay $100 for it, as there are better options out there. I believe they originally sold for $100 plus.
The starter cartridge with it is supposed to do 500 A4 sheets and that is useually at about %5 coverage. In otherwords a letter. Fill it with big pictures and you get a lot less. Anyway new toner cartridge is about $90 when you need one and does aprox 1500 pages so just as cheap to buy a new unit with the starter cartridge in it.
Now to how well it works.
Works great. Print quality good and it is a compact unit.
If you plan on leaving it set up and using it every day you might consider a different laser with a paper tray underneath.
This unit only feed from a top open up shute.
It does curl the paper a lot so double sideing will be a pain but for putting away and getting out and doing the odd job it is great. paper unculs eventually.
I rate it a 3 out of 5 for a cheap laser, probably a 4 if you want a compact one, however it still takes up a fair amount of room on a desk top.

Does what I wanted it to do.
I bought this hoping that it would stop the foxtell box complaining when I tried to plug it into my surround sound amp which then sent it to my projector. There is this protection code that is supposed to be passed from it to the amp and the am is supposed to send back a confirmation or something. I had a paid membership and was using the supposedly correct cables that you have to have but nothing worked. Until I plugged this in.
Now I stream from my internet to my Foxtell box then to my amp and then out of that to my projector, or TV.
It also comes with a power lead to plug it into a USB port, bit of a pain having to power it? BUT I found it works fine without the power. Bonus. The power may be needed if your using longer cables?? But for me I just stick it between 2 cables as a filter and it solves my problem.

Mini Flash Drive
I bought this to use in my car stereo as I did not want a normal long one sticking out to get bumped etc. This is great, can hardly see it, let alone anything sticking out to get bumped, bent or broken. Would go great in laptops as well. No bumping, bending risks.
