A great wee sharpener for the price

I bought this as it was recommended by "Which". It's an inexpensive little sharpener and has done a good job on my loppers, secateurs and kitchen scissors, thereby saving me from having to buy new loppers. I couldn't get it to sharpen an ancient pruning knife but it wasn't a problem as I had an old carborundum stone that did the job. I imagine it would be great if you had a chain saw due to one of its edges being curved. A good little tool and inexpensive too.

A great toolbox for helping communication with children

I really like what I have read of this book so far. It suggests that listening and empathy are the way to go, and gives you the tools to put this into practice.

Great basket

This basket seems good value to me; it's much cheaper than the named brand. It appears to be robust and stands up well. Sure, the base itself is thin but has a nice deep cushion. Sadly I can't entice the cat in it! Have tried all the methods described including catmint. Never mind, that is not the fault of the basket!
