    Listing clearly state surcharge apply to certain area but buyer ignored. Explained delivery can't be guarantee due to xmas peak season but also being ignored! I cancel the order knowing this buyer will make a massive splash if not deliver on time. prove buyer will leave negative whenever he wants.
