Literally a life saver.
1 of 1 found this helpful I’m a cable installer for the biggest MSO in the world. It’s an extremely stressful job. Both, on the employment side, and the customer service side. On the employment side, we have metrics that we must meet. One metric is how much time we spend on a job. On the customer service side, the requests we have can range from not drilling through their tiles and hardwood floors to putting cable behind a wall that has barely enough space to fit your fingers behind. Walls with that little space is no good for the bullet, but the chain and the retriever works wonders. The Magnepull helps me to be a lot more efficient. The quicker I can get the job done, the less time I have to spend in a customer’s home. Which works for my employer, for the customer, and especially for me and my mental health. My Magnepull is easily in my top 3 tools. The other two are my cell phone and my FVD (foreign voltage detector). All three of them are life savers... literally.
