  Unfortunately, the item was unavailable and the order had to be cancelled. Seller apologized and made efforts to resolve the issue, along with offering alternative solutions. These things happen on occasion, but it was clear that the seller intended a mutually beneficial outcome. An immediate refund was issued and the matter was resolved easily. Given the outstanding communication, service, and professionalism of this seller, I would gladly purchase from them again and highly recommend also.

  The seller was nice and formal and quick to ship. The item was exactly as described and in good condition. Quality was original as listed. However the company that seller works with to ship was difficult to work/communicate with when it came to locating my package. It took 3 days after delivered to locate package as the carrier put the package in the wrong place in my building.
