I'm sorry that you feel the dumbbells were beaten up during shipping. After carefully examining your photos, it appears that the dumbbells are in the exact same condition as they were shipped in. It shows in the listing photos and in the description that there is damage and scuff marks on the weights. I tried to make it very obvious that there was defects on the weights.
