balanced well
had the gmag 6 years ago when first released, but now need the same performance but with a spool which holds more line and is a bit more sturdy than the 6.
can walk down to the sea line cast 90 yds with this and walk back up 50 or 60 yds at least and know i still have 60 or 70 yds of braid left.
keep it clean, regarding the anodized body as it will look like it's been washed in an acid bath after a season otherwise.
the ratchet slide button on the side plate is closer to the butt section and due to my style of fishing i keep knocking this on whilst in retrieve - something i will adjust to. i maybe tempted to fit a slightly longer handle as it feels to short when winding in.
Another thing i have noticed, is the anti reverse mechanism doesn't always engage, possibly due to being new grease or something relating to that so i will strip it soon and have a closer look.
overall, i quite like it - floating spool, unlike my penn 535 - this mag 7 i can get 100yds with an axis lob, so with a little practice i may manage a bit more to clear the heaviest rocks in my usual marks. i can do that with my 525mag2 but no bloody line left on the spool.

Iphone first
Wish i had used ios first, been using android for a few years now - nightmare with google etc.
Iphone 5 super stable, good battery, simple to use and endless cheap accessories available.

1 of 1 found this helpful Built for the commercial industry and not the domestic market but can still be used for the latter.
by todays standards for mobile computing the 27 is old and poor but will stand just about any abuse in an industrial environment. I use mine for firmware updates and radio software flashing and it works well. Home browsing on the net with xp can be sluggish but with max ram and a minimum of a p2 300 its just bearable. I had a p3 500 version too and it performed very well, but these are rare !
The p2 266 has a slightly different internal chassis base to the 300, and a p3 500 mobo wont work in the 266 chassis as the 266 lcd is different.
Try to find a model with dvd/cd drive fitted as these are becoming very difficult to find at a reasonable price.
other spares are easy to find though, caddies, batteries etc, the power supply is around 15 - 16 volts and i used a cheap sony replacement and not a panasonic one as the sony was half the price on ebay.
water resistant - not water proof, drop proof to around 1m. dont bother asking panasonic for support as they normally aint interested... one last thing - make sure the bios has NO password as thats the only thing i couldnt remove !
