the paper sleeve was somehow stuck to the cd case and tore when i tried to take it out. had to bin it which spoiled a good cd.

A regrettable and unfortunate purchase which I would not repeat.
1 of 1 found this helpful The company repeatedly pestered me with premature and irritating requests for feedback immediately after purchase and before I'd even had time to use the product. I've never come across this before with any other supplier and found it immensely intrusive, excessive and irritating. As a result I would not buy from this company again. In addition, I found the volume on the CD player problematical. After being set normally, it goes back to too low after each session of using it. So you have to reset the volume each time you use it which is inconvenient. This wasn't the case with previous CD players I've had where the volume remains at the set level.
