  I ordered the product from the seller based on the details provided. The seller sent me some other product and it wasn't the same one as listed. I request for the re-shipment of the product and he said that it will be up to eBay support to do the needful. The eBay Customer Service stepped in and requested the seller to send the original product, and after that I'll return the wrong product in my possession. Evidently, the seller couldn't do so and eBay decided this in my favor.
