Very disappointing
A quick check of the spray patterns after I unpacked it showed it was just what I needed. Item looked very well made, sturdy, solid and comfortable to use. Unfortunately later in the day when I was using it for real water started to spray from the join between the metal hose connector and handgrip (o-ring failure?) and then within a few seconds water started to pour from between the handgrip and trigger. Totally unusable so had to be returned, hopefully for replacement. Had the item not been defective review would have been totally positive.

Rip-off
These were purchased as Ward 3" pots. Having had about 100 REAL Ward pots for getting on for almost 20 years this year needed to increase that number with another 100. Went for the 'Ward' name again but got GN022. These are nothing like my original Ward pots that are far thicker and stronger. I could have bought pots of the same dismal quality as the GN022s at my local DIY store at less than half the cost. Seems like another case of someone, Messrs Richard Sankey in this case, acquiring a name of reputation but not having the integrity to acquire the tooling that made it. Don't get caught out. These pots may have 'Ward' in the name but they are not Ward pots. A DISGUSTING RIP-OFF.

Just what was required
Straightforward easy to read display showing current temperature centrally with max and min temperatures slightly smaller above and below. No extra unwanted information, just at-a-glance temperature data. Indicated current temperature is within about half a degree of my mercury lab thermometer. Simple, effective, accurate, at a really good price. Just what was required.
