Great product
1 of 1 found this helpful It only took a few minutes to set up. Having the Yamaha app is so nice! I have a Roku, idroidnation box, music server, movie server and local TV all piped through it and it works flawlessly. It's hard wired to my router. It's pushing great sound to a 5.1 system via two floor AR speakers two surrounds and Polk center and sub. Very clean sound.

Not a quality level for builders
The are basically large Christmas light. Everything including the driver/controller has to be within a 9 foot circumference. So picture the driver/controller in the middle of a 9 ft circle and all 16 lights are around the 9 ft circle spaced no more than 3 ft apart. Who has a round deck? No one I know. Also, the black rectangular box that plugs into an outlet is not a driver nor a controller it's a DC transformer. The box calls it a controller and the details call it a driver. If they are waterproof i sure as heck wouldn't put them in a pool. It uses 16 gauge wire which I think is low quality. There are no documents with the kit. Like I said they make great Christmas tree lights, maybe even outdoor. Anyways I have 16 holes in the deck stair risers I'm building which is only 12' x 6' and these will NOT work so I'll spend 8 times what these cost to get a lighting kit that works with square, triangular, trapezoidal, circular, you name it, layouts. Lesson learned.
