A Quirky Little Railway
Written in 2009, this 32-page book describes the history of Hythe Pier as well as the small passenger-carrying railway that runs its length. There is substantial information about the railway from its original hand-pushed trolleys to the electric locos and enclosed coaches currently in use.
The only detail I would consider missing would be dimensioned drawings of the locos and coaches; this quirky little line just cries out to be modelled!
