Worthless, $39.95 for junk...

Followed instructions, could only turn on/off. Tried resetting several times, pulled, changed batteries with fresh ones. Instructions sucked. Does not work with my LG 65" TV, except to turn on/off... How soon can I return this so-called "MAGIC REMOTE"?
