nice to know how your battery is charged.
this is my favorite addition to handy or battery charging. with it i could detect the worsenin of the batteries or unoptimal charger.
on the other hand, one of the two purchased was unstable connecting data lines, so mobile cannot detect suitable charger and therefore maximum current is not insured. pleas echeck product for data line contact. i use it with mobiles and li ion chargers

small but pwerful
this type is rare to find in ebay. it is almost the smallest one. the big benefit it has a standard antenna connector (bought a s3parate amtenna for it). the smaller 8nes def7nitely do not have cooling pad inside, this has only for one of the chips.
this type includes the ir receiver(that small holeon the top.
a problem could be if overheated(like if used for sdr or adsb reception) but not as much if used for dvb-t or fm reception. there is plenty of space inside to add a cooling metal part, like 2 small coins to coll a bit.
this offer does not include SW or remote, but i do not use it.
i use dump1090, vlc and gqrx under linux and raspberry .
as a designer, i would either buy next time the bigger one, or a metal housed one.

not suitable for pi zero
cannot judge, as i wanted to use it with raspberry zero, but the direction of an other cable is blocking.
