On install I noticed a few things with these turbos. For one the quality is good however on the drivers side there’s an issue were the exhaust housing it too thick at the flange and to get the coolant fitting on you will need to trim it.

Good quality and functionality, but
1 of 1 found this helpful Its a really nice setup and work just like you'd think, but the "pc cable" is a cable for dinosaur computers. It has a cable that has been obsolete since the mid 2000's and chances are you'll be finding out you need a db9 to usb adapter. For 450$ you'd think that it would hook up to a modern day laptop or desktop right out of the box. I live in a somewhat remote place where these adapters don't exist so I will now be missing a event due to a cable. Lovely

Leaks, not for bolt on needs modification
1 of 1 found this helpful As a person who enjoys challenges, this pump has 2. First is the threads, they are not tapered so tape won't work. I used black pipe sealer paste and cleaned it. It does however have o-rings on the hose adapter to solve this but for people like my self that are using AN fittings will need pipe dope.
The second issue is more major, this thing loves to leak. Right from the start. I did notice the housing bolts where loose out of the box. The gasket is junk. I fixed this with a Dremel tool and carved a o-ring groove and that work well!
It does move alot of water. I have a twin turbo 5.3 e36 bmw with a trunk mount radiator and it does its job well other than the hiccups. And a good price too!
