The dish arrived in the mail with very little protection besides a single small layer of bubble wrap. Opening it up It appears one of the pieces of the set has been broken, I can only assume due to poor packaging. The base dish is fine but the lid is unusable. Communication with the seller was poor, and when I reached out to speak with them about this, I could not clearly make out what they were attempting to say in English.
