  As I feared, the seller inadequately packed the item. They put in a couple of strips (literally strips, maybe an inch wide) in the box with the loco, but put the item in a tiny box with no packing material above or below and the ends of the loco box wedged against the ends of the shipping box. At best packing was incompetent, and this was made worse by the fact that I reached out before buying and was assured it would be safely packed. Never again would I buy from them and neither should you.

  Just curious, if the item arrived damaged, did you consider returning it or reaching out to us to resolve any issues before leaving a bad review? We would have attempted to resolve any issues. My employee who packed it took extra care in the packaging and even showed it to me as he was doing it. Trust me, I would rather work to resolve issues then for my customers have a bad experience.

  This was such a POSITIVE experience, from start to finish! TY Galleria_1- the care taken in the packing and shipping, the communication was good, and of course, the item purchased was actually as good as one hopes. I certainly appreciate the wrapping (and NOT using a bunch of tape to protect the glass bottle), it does show great care taken in getting the right size box and the right amount of bubble etc. 5 stars all around! ty once again!

  Item as described. USPS was ridiculously SLOW and the package was badly damaged upon arrival. Thankfully, wrenches are very hard to damage. This is not fault of the seller.
