Sea change for those who think they can pull themselves through the water
Mr. Laughlin's training fits right in with the Mertail Fitness philosophy and technique. The video demonstrate baby steps to help a swimmer achieve results. It is a sea change for swimmers who think they can pull themselves through the water. You can't. Ideally you propel yourself with your torso and minimize the drag created by your arms and legs. This is excellent for long distance and open water swimmers, racers too. Mermaid Ekena

Perfect thermometer for tempering homemade chocolates.

I was relieved to learn that the fluid that reads the temperature is food grade so I hadn't poisoned my kitchen! I got an identical replacement immediately.
