It's by Germans, so you know it's good...and funny!
This sourcebook was originally released in Germany and later repackaged for the wider market, so it's not some outsiders writing about something they have no real understanding of. Sure, it's about Germany with trolls on motorcycles and all that, but the true German flavor is there, with all the benefits of local knowledge. Plus, German humor!
So, this sourcebook gives you a great additional location to run your Shadowrun games in. Buy a copy today!

A good supplement to a very good setting
If you have San Angelo: City of Heroes, this supplement is worth getting for the additional detail on those who dwell within the city.

More of an historical curiosity than anything else
Like SPI's Universe RPG, this one is a game that could only have limited appeal due to its complexity and wargame-style rules presentation. An opportunity missed.
