Excellent tablets!
Cranberry tablets are good for T1 Diabetics with preventing water infections. Cranberry juice is high in sugar. I've been taking Cranberry tablets for about 15 years and thankfully no UTIs in that time. These tablets are easy to swallow and are a lovely small size.

Great with helping me to sleep!
I suffer from problems with sleeping due to both my shoulders being frozen. I have tried prescription drugs for years with limited success. I discovered (with extensive research) that a side effect of these 5HTP capsules was helpful in getting you to sleep.
I take just one capsule a day and I now sleep great every night.
I did check with my local pharmacist that they wouldn't interfere with my other prescription drugs e.g. statins, naproxen, metformin etc and his reply was they are better for me than most of the drugs the doctor had tried me on!
