'The ocean of blood' there is no reference to the sea until almost at the end of this book

think it would help to have read the 'Saga of Darren Shan' so you know who Larton Crepley is. the writing and story are as good as always but takes awhile to get into it, but, as always he always leave you wanting more

always grabs you so you have to buy the next book.

hooked on this author always hard to put down, books usually written in first person but if you don't mind that the stories soon make you forget about that.
