The shutters were mouldy, damp, rotten, damaged and covered in years of dirt. Disgusting condition that was not described. Agreed to a return but sent a Royal Mail returns label for up to 2kg in weight. These shutters weigh 25kg and he lives 250 miles away, so he has a legal responsibility to refund. This seller is a huge time waster. Paid £245 for these shutters. Asked the seller if they had any rot or woodworm and he lied. Deliberating omitting damage, be very very careful.
