scam

This is the second time I have purchases one of these cards and on every occasion when the person I sent the card to cannot redeem them. The first time I had to initiate a dispute and it took 6 months to straighten the matter. This time I bought 2 cards for my twin granddaughters and both of them register as already being redeemed, which they have not. I guess I'll have to dispute these as well.
