missed the mark

I have tested panel now it doesnt live up to the advertised watts advertised i was getting 50% of advertised output i live in Qld , plenty of sun tested at midday , sun high in the sky no clouds around ,, talked with supplier he sent me there factory performance chart,on paper that looked impressive, but in reality the panels dont produce . ONLY ONE STAR FROM ME !!! ,
