Fits 2016 Honda CRV
With one of the supplied studs, this fits my 2016 Honda CR-V with no rubber washer required.
One tip on finding the right sized stud to use: Screw the stud into the antenna base instead of the replacement antenna first. Once you've found the correct size, unscrew it from the base and screw the other end into the replacement antenna. Then screw the entire assembly to the antenna base.
AM reception appears to be OK, FM reception is a bit down... but I knew there would be reception compromises with a shorty antenna. I don't listen to FM that often and spend most times listening to a bluetooth connected MP3 player or AM radio.
The real reason I purchased this antenna was to be able to traverse through a car wash without having to remove the antenna. Even with the standard rubber antenna, I was concerned there was enough length to cause damage to the base. With this 3" replacement, I no longer have that concern.

Fits 2003 Mazda Protege 5 like a champ
1 of 1 found this helpful After 14 years, the outer rubber housing on original antenna on my Protege 5 was cracked and you could see the antenna coil/wire. It just wasn't looking pretty.
Originally, I was looking for a comparable length replacement-- at 19 or so inches. But this item caught my eye.
I knew this shorter antenna could compromise radio reception. But since I listen to AM radio and Bluetooth, I can live with it (any FM compromises I probably wouldn't experience. I knew AM reception was going to be fine since I've often driven home from the car wash without the antenna installed)
Plus, it looks pretty good. Recommend!
