Classic Cold Steel Toughness with Top-Quality Materials
Cold Steel has a well-deserved reputation for making razor-sharp knives designed to hold up under extreme use. The AK-47 Field Knife takes it up a few notches by offering a TRUE FULL-TANG blade made of CPM 3V steel with G-10 handle slabs. If you are not familiar with CPM 3V steel, do some research and you'll find CPM 3V is an extremely tough (as in "unbreakable"), wear-resistant (edge-holding) tool steel MADE IN THE USA by the state-of-the-art Crucible Particle Metallurgy process. It is designed to provide maximum resistance to breakage and chipping and it offers impact resistance greater than legendary A2 and D2 steels. Add the grippy and tough G-10 scales and IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!
