    Elastic is too tight.
    Elastic is so tight it makes me dizzy after three or four minutes. Dont feel safe riding with it on.

    Not that bright
    Works well. Isn't 220 lumens. Maybe 20 lumens. Only complaint is it's for a work light and doesn't provide much light.
