A good design compromised by mediocre performance which could be so easily fixed.
4 of 4 found this helpful Not a bad product but it won't last more than 2 or 3 months. This is caused by the basic design which is constantly flexed and eventually gives up - thus breaks and the machine ceases to operate. I am forced to buy 3 or 4 of them per year @ $32 each, meaning $128 per year to keep the machine operating. Not a good design particularly compared to previous products, but they had their own design faults too. Other then the obvious reason that they make their money through constant replacement of parts, I wonder if there is a replacement which is thicker rubber and doesn't break down/split so easily.
