Value for money
So far I've no issues at all. It is great value for the price. It is not difficult to set up the only problem I had was Telstra being unhelpful - they told me 3 different passwords none of them worked, so I used Google to search for a solution & turns out I didn't need a password (typical Telstra we'll be glad when our contract expires)

Value for money
Compact once folded, lightweight & due to the size of the wheels it easily negotiates stairs. The aluminium bar at the top gives excellent stability.
Very happy with it.
