Good for the new quaker owner
This book covers a lot of aspects that need to be considered when buying a quaker parrot, especially if you've never owned a bird before. From advice on whether the quaker is the bird for you, to food tips and behavior issues, this book does a great job covering the basics for being a quaker owner. It also includes some cute and quirky parrot owners' stories. The author writes in a manner that is easily understood, young teens could easily comprehend the issues covered in the book. It has plenty of great full color pictures of quakers in various places, and some diagrams to explain some things in better detail.

Excellent grips
When I got my current bike it had some ISO cushion grips on it. They were too big and lumpy, and caused my hands to fall asleep after about ten minutes. Put these on and they completely changed how the bike feels. They're slimmer, and the grip texture is much better, Definitely will buy another pair when I need them. No more fatigue, even on longer rides.
