  We had issues with shipping. The order was confirmed on 9/26, but I did not receive the item till 10/16. The outer box was badly damaged, with packing material exposed. This was not worth the $21.36 I paid for shipping and handling. Once past the three week delay and damaged box, the product itself was excellent and just as described.
