Don't know where my order is.

My order was supposed to get to me by 8/22 it arrived on 9/2. Then once I recieved it, it would not connect to the internet. After troubleshooting it throuvh my Internet company, I came to the conclusion that it is a tv defect. Please look up this tvs reviews before purchasing.
