Best Mold for the Money
The mold is well-fitted, and heavy aluminum will withstand high temperatures. Using the recommended sinker eye inserts, casts beautiful pyramid sinkers. I'm looking forward to fishing with them.

Inexpensive but a Lot of Fun!
This is the second Shakespeare saltwater combo I've purchased. The differences are significant between the two. My older rod is an Alpha model in medium action, where the Ugly Stik is a medium-heavy action. However, the Ugly Stik is more sensitive than the Alpha. It's reel seems smoother, too. I love my Alpha, but the Ugly Stik is my new favorite by a long shot.
