Wonderful introduction to Macbook and MacOS.

I am very satisfied with this product. I upgraded the HDD to a 500gb SSD, and I find it very responsive for my needs. I also did a clean upgrade to Catalina and I am not having any problems with hardware or software. I have been a Microsoft user since DOS 1.1 (I have owned and built a number of IBM-type PC's since 1982). This purchase is my first experience with Mac, and it was for self-education purposes. I also own 2 surface pros (2 and 2017) and a surface book 2. In comparison (after some tutorials and self-education) I am very appreciative of the Macbook. There are somethings I prefer the surfacebook 2 for - it's removable screen and touch screen, but I prefer the Macbook for its touchpad and the navigation in MacOS. I often grab my Macbook for doing general internet browsing, and email. It fits well on my lap Great purchase. I am very satisfied and the cost was reasonable for what I purchased it for.

Good value for the money with extras
