Helps you fall asleep, and stay asleep, through the night
Melatonin helps me sleep. But this timed release kind helps me keep sleeping throughout the night. Even when I wake up in the middle of the night, it helps me go back to sleep. The regular kind didn't do that.
I used to have no trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. But as I got older, it became an issue. That's when I discovered melatonin. Apparently it's a common thing with age. (I'm now retired.)
This timed release melatonin not only does a great job helping me sleep, it's much more reasonably priced than other brands. This is the only one I'll buy now.
I highly recommend it.

Very nice, but with an issue
Seems pretty well made of stainless steel over plastic. Polished stainless looks similar to chrome, except stainless looks darker.
One complaint, and it's significant. The body does not fit standard 3/8-OD, 1/4-ID tubing like most soap dispensers. Instead, it takes 1/4-OD tubing, and fits *inside* the pump body. (This is what comes with the product.) This is a very poor design, as the tubing won't fit tightly, and will shrink over time and tend to slip out, making the product worthless. If you try very hard, you might be able to stretch standard tubing over the outside, but the tubing will need to be new flexible. I recommend replacing the 1/4-OD tubing with either latex or silicone 1/4-ID tubing, which will stretch *over* the opening rather than inside it, making a tight seal which should last.
If it weren't for the poor tubing design, this product would rate 5 stars.
As for whether I would recommend it, I'd say: "sort of".
