Better than nothing, I suppose.
2 of 2 found this helpful I wasn't going to whinge about it, but eBay insists on hounding me for some feedback. So here it is: Yes it is a set of binoculars, and they do work as such. However, when you look through the lenses you see three toy "targets" -- a ship, a tank and an aircraft superimposed on the view. This is supposed to be the view through a submarine's periscope or through a gun turret. This item was designed as a child's toy. It even includes an utterly useless (asprin-sized) magnetic compass glued onto it to make it more appealing to a six-year-old.
