    TP-Link TL-WR841N Wireless-N Router

Great little unit with multiple modes and easy setup
I bought one of these a few years back, but the current models are much improved. I just bought one with the newer version 4 hardware, and its great. There are many improvements to the setup utility (the UI), the unit is smaller, and they removed that annoying second button (whatever it was) at the back next to the WPS button, so now you don't accidentally hit the wrong one by mistake, as I always did on the older unit. Add to that, the ability to act as an Access Point, or a WiFi Client for bridging, and and you get a great little versatile 2.4G b/g/n WiFi unit for a great price that also supports a segregated Guest Network. I'm seriously considering buying yet another one of these to replace the older one that is still going strong.
TP-Link TL-SG108E 8 Port Gigabit Managed Ethernet Network Desktop Switch

A great little hub - managed ot not!
While its unusual to see a managed hub aimed at the retail consumer market, that is precisely why this product works. Out of the box it will work as an unmanaged hub so if you don't need VLANs and all that, it will work just like any other retail hub - just plug in and go, but if you want to take it further, you can use the web UI to define virtual networks and isolate your traffic to specific ports just like the big boys! Its as happy connected to a home ADSL router, as it would be to a corporate network switch, On the down-side the web interface if fairly simple. It lets you do everything you need to, but its definately consumer grade - It could be a bit more intuitive, however for the price, you can't expect everything. The quality and value is just perfect. I was so impressed, I bought another one a week later!
    TP-Link TL-SG108PE 8-Port Gigabit Easy Smart Switch with 4-Port PoE QoS 1000Mbps

Perfect small switch with big switch features!
These switches are made of metal, so they can take the bumps and thumps, but the impressive part is that TP-Link pack POE, QoS, and VLAN features into their smaller models for about a hundred bucks - Less if you don't need POE. These small but reliable units (They come with extended warranties) are perfect for places where you need professional enterprise features like VLAN, QoS and POE, in a small network, without the cost of a larger switch. I'll be buying more of these.
