Tmobile G1 Unlocked
2 of 5 found this helpful Unlocked is likely to be misleading. If you phone isn't activated & you don't have access to a Tmobile sim card w/ a data plan (beg,borrow or steal?) you could be up the proverbial creek.
Many Phone owners reselling the their phone do a Reset or just reflash the OS (I would too). This means you have to log on to your Gmail account to activate the phone. Wifi CAN'T be turned on to do this untill you activate via your google logon. If you have another sim card with a data package or your a developer & can make the ADB.bin work it's said you can activate wifi that way. Hasn't worked for me yet.
